Week 43 Day 3 - Fafner

Hello, and welcome to the second post of the day. And today's featured anime OP/ED sounds like:-

The OP and ED to the show Fafner in the Azure -Dead Aggressor- [蒼穹のファフナー | Sōkyū no Fafunā], a 2004 mecha anime-alien series. My initial impression was that it looked very similar to Gundam SEED (which I just completed before watching this), only to find out that the character designer was the same person who did Gundam SEED & SEED Destiny. That, plus the mecha, made me think it'd be a similar show, but it's a whole lot more different. Do watch it!

It leaves quite an impression I must say, both the song and the OP itself. I found myself quite drawn to the song when I first previewed it.
