Yes, it is Kämpfer [けんぷファー | Kenpufā]. Started out as a light novel, this series was found to be hilarious in some ways (of course, with awesome female characters thrown in). But less about the show, more about the song.

I actually like the song except for the refrain/chorus bit. The build-up to it really catches me, though from there it didn't go as well (for me anyways). Just my 2 cents on the song.
