Week 24 Day 7 - Cosmic Mind

Welcome to day 7...
it has been a busy day yesterday, so I gave it a miss. Fair enough point since I did give an additional mini-post day before, so it balances out. In any case, here's the last song for Touhou week - boss version:-

Theme of Byakuren Hiziri (聖 白蓮 | Hijiri Byakuren)



Byakuren Hijiri, Buddhist magician with eternal youth, is the boss for the 12th Touhou game, Touhou Seirensen ~ Undefined Fantastic Object (東方星蓮船 | Star-Lotus Ship of the East). Below is a gameplay video featuring the final stage AND the final boss (at hardest difficulty):



There sadly aren't any rearrangements of this song in Touhou 10.5, Scarlet Weather Rhapsody, nor in Touhou 12.3, Unthinkable Natural Law.

Note: Phew. It was hard picking out songs in general this whole week, since I wanted to give musical rearrangements of the original and not vocal arrangements. Undoubtedly the latter would be more interesting, but a LOT more effort required.
