Kaguya Houraisan, the princess from the moon, is the boss for the 8th Touhou game, Touhou Eiyashou ~ Imperishable Night (東方永夜抄 | Eternal Night Vignette from the East). Below is a gameplay video featuring the final stage AND the final boss (at hardest difficulty):-
