Kanako Yasaka, GOD of the 'shrine of the mountain', is the boss for the 10th Touhou game, Touhou Fūjinroku ~ Mountain of Faith [東方風神録 | Eastern Wind God Chronicles). Below is a gameplay video featuring the final stage AND the final boss (at hardest difficulty):-
