Week 12 Day 5 - Gransazer!!

And continuing with the Tokusatsu series, I give you an entry that isn't part of the big 3 in the JP Tokusatsu, but still part of the series. I feature it here because I like the song it has, therefore, I give you:-

The series? It is the OP for the 2003 series Chouseishin Gransazer [超星神グランセイザー Chōseishin Guranseizā/Super Star God Gransazer] as part of the Chouseishin series. And this show was the first in the series, which sadly ended after 3 series, in 2006. Well, in any case, usually I'd give the OP, but am unable to find it via my usual sources. Will edit in the future if I do find it. For now, time for the additional vids:-

Well, this series I did try to follow (up till EP 21 if not mistaken) but hard disk crash made me lost the will to re-obtain the entire series again and therefore shelved it away. I found this one more interesting as it lightly (and keyword being lightly) touched on the Zodiacs (there are 12 main characters if you noticed) and also it had SOME element of mythical creatures (which I'm always a sucker for). Sad to see that the entire series didn't take off to remain as a staple in the tokusatsus, but I guess competition is very high for those already well-established decades ago.

Anyways, here is where I take my leave. Tomorrow unlikely to post updates, so last 2 posts will be on Friday night (I hope). Till then, ciaoz

Note: Now if only they did more on the Zodiacs thingy, I might reobtain them once more.
