Week 12 Day 3 - Black!

And to complete the tokusatsu series, I would be doing a great disservice for not mentioning the other iconic series, of which one of their entries are found below:-

Yes, the Kamen Rider series, and one of their more popular entries, dating back to 1987, Kamen Rider BLACK. (The one that I grew up knowing) The actual OP below:-



Kamen Rider, or also known as Masked Rider, is another one of the superheroes of Japan. They were attempted to be imported to America at one instance, but apparently it didn't take off too well. Well, in any case, the series is still going strong in Japan (currently with 21 entries to the series, with a 22nd planned) [Black was the 8th, by the way]

I rate this song mainly based on nostalgia, and it's probably gonna be that way for a long time now. Not to say that it is bad, but more like the nostalgia element makes it so much better. Too bad I never got to watch the series from start to finish, only bits and pieces here and there. Perhaps someday I might be able to. Oh wells, until then, I shall rely on these mediums to satisfy the cravings
