07 - The Month of November - The month of pressure


It's this time again, monthly review time. This project is STILL going strong! Though sadly, this post is backdated by about 20 days

Well, as usual, let's do a recap at what I've posted so far, shall we?

Just to remind, I would be reviewing on a weekly basis, what the week's supposed theme (if any) would be, and the individual songs posted (as well as the actual link to the post). [This is gonna be a copy-pasta from previous months]

And that's the end of the recap. I should stop complaining about how slow copying and pasting is, but nevertheless, that is the truth. Also revisiting my previous posts and finding typos is also a bit annoying for me. I should strive to make no errors first time round.

Back in August, I had to reschedule my 3rd day post to be on Tuesdays mostly, and hoped that things would be back to normal by November. Well, November came and went, yet I was more delayed than usual. I should've taken into account exams and preparations for them. Well, this month I had to do a couple of marathon runs (ie. 5 posts in a day) in order to keep up to my promise. And also, for 2nd month running, the monthly review got delayed. I expect December's one to be the same too (being New Year and all). Please be kind!

Also additionally, for November, 2 notable things happened. Firstly first, I managed to post not the promised 7, but a whopping TWENTY (20!!) songs in a span of 7 days (actually 2 days). As the months go by, I put it to myself to NOT give out too short a post, and therefore add more stuffs to compensate. The J-pop (female) artist week shows just that. Also, I felt I had to do the artistes justice by posting more than one song when featuring them, hence why there were between 2-4 songs per post that week.

The other thing was 2 anime song weeks back to back. Though one of them was to showcase how 'godly' a song can be in NND circles. I usually space out the themes such that not one recurring one repeats, to keep things diverse. In terms of weekly theme, they are diverse, but I still bad.

In any case, November (and exams) have gone by. December is up next, where the challenge is to be diligent despite having lesser internet and while having holidays. Also, December will mark the 2/3 way-point of the blog project too. As such, VOCALOIDS shall be featured in the month to commemorate it (it wasn't actually planned that way, but hey...
