Week 17 Day 7 - Double Lariat!

Today I'm showcasing Megurine LUKA. One of the first VOCALOID to be designed to be able to sing both ENGLISH and JAPANESE songs more easily. The earlier ones apparently are more focused on Japanese-only songs, but LUKA is made to be able to handle them both. In order words, she's awesome.
