It's one of the BETTER generic Eurobeat songs that i know from Initial D (no offense to Eurobeats in general... but i still listen to loads of them)
oh, and you will understand the 'noisy' bit in the post title whilst listening to the song... it probably is one of the reason why i like the song anyways.. so some theory goes, sadly

This song was used as one of the early INs in the Initial D: 3rd Stage movie.
