Week 42 Day 5 - fripSide

After trying to find the initial songs that I wanted to feature, I realize that this could be a really short post. Works for me though, having to go through some posts in quick succession.
Anyways, here's fripside with:-

Song: nostalgia by fripSide

Song: transient wind by fripSide

This version of fripSide features the vocals of nao, the original vocalist for the project. Active from 2002-2009, she 'graduated' from the project and was then replaced by Yoshino Nanjo, who gave us 'only my railgin' (that was featured during one of the 'random' weeks).
Anyways, as such, I am unable to give MUCH additional stuffs based on what I intend to showcase from fripSide's early days.

Nevertheless, enjoy what I can give:-

[An on-vocal nico kara. Basically just giving you the kanji lyrics in sing-along style]

[A 2007 remix version of transient wind]

[An elec guitar cover of the song]

[And finally, a Clannad VN OP MAD]

Well, I can't always be short-changing viewers (unless you don't find this short-changing) so I've therefore decided to put in a couple more songs (but only songs), which features the new vibrant vocalist, Yoshino Nanjo:-

Song: everlasting by fripSide
[Theme song for ああっ女神さまっ volume 42 limited edition]

A great song in its own right.

Song: closest love by fripSide
[Opening and ending themes for PC game "Areas〜空に映すキミとのセカイ〜|Areas 恋する乙女の3H]

Sound pretty similar to the other railgun song though.

And maybe one last one:-

Song: late in autumn by fripSide
[B-side to 'only my railgun' single. The only B-side to have made it to the album, so it's good]

I suppose that's it. Not going to spend much energy looking through additional videos for each of the 3 songs above, so I shall just leave it at that.
Comes to show how unprepared I am to some of these things. Sighs... what a project indeed.

Anyways, another 12 hours before the next post I presume. Till then, good nights

Note: I am starting to like this band more and more, from their past and present musics...
