This song came from the 2nd OP of Gensomaden Saiyuki. For those who are interested, Saiyuki is the Journey to the West story. However, this version, how shall I put it, perverses some aspects of it (ie. a gun-wielding monk who smokes) for entertainment sakes. That doesn't mean that the show is any bad, in fact it was quite entertaining when I watched it. My only complaint was that it lacks any much animation (and mainly uses stills or slight movement to progress the story.. which kinda turns it off) If you don't get what I mean, watch it.

As for the song, I felt it's OK... It fits my repetoire of pre-2005 songs snugly (and still is a song i wouldn't skip on my winamp, if it's there of course), though I'd highlight the replay value isn't that high (i find it stale after about 20 odd listens). So in any case, enjoy the multiple links.
